In 2016, Yaniv founded the Michman Company, and through sharp business acumen, a deep understanding of market needs and the adaptation of Michman's credit solutions to changes in the market, Yaniv led the Michman Company in 2021 to an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Yaniv is an expert in formulating and implementing a creative and dynamic management strategy, which enables and facilitates Michman fast and responsible growth, while developing diverse credit solutions, that are well adapted to the specific needs of customers.
Doron Sapir, CPA
Chairman of the Board Previously, Doron served as CEO of leading companies in the economy, including Migdal Insurance Company, Cal - Credit Cards for Israel and Taldor Computer Systems.
In addition, Doron serves as member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies in the fields of finance, technology and real estate.
Doron holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in Accounting from Bar Ilan University.
Sarita has extensive experience in the capital market, including legal and taxation aspects. Sarita previously served as an external director in a variety of leading companies and funds in the economy, among others, an Israeli company for buildings rentals, Excellence Mutual Funds, a provident fund management company of Bank Hapoalim, and more.
Moreover, Sarita has held a number of senior management positions at Ilanot Discount, including as the company's CEO.

Shira brings with her extensive managerial and business experience, with in-depth knowledge in the fields of finance and real estate.
Previously, she held senior positions at Leumi Mortgage Bank. Furthermore, for the past 15 years, she has served as a member of the board of directors of a number of leading companies in the economy, in various fields of activity, including real estate in Israel and abroad, energy and trade. Among the companies in which Shira served and currently serves as a director are: the Nafta Group, Brimag - the importer of electrical products, Arim - the government development company and more.

Elad Levi Maori has a vast experience in real estate financing, business credit and risk management.
Previously, Elad served as a director at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, as a manager in the Consulting Department at KPMG, as a lecturer in the academia and as a commander in regular and reserve combat units (Lieutenant Colonel in the Res. forces).
Elad holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics and a master's degree in Business Administration for Managers, with a specialization in real estate finance and real estate appraisals (with high honors), both degrees are from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Previously, Avi served as the VP of Finance at Alumot Investment House and in a number of management positions in the finance departments of leading companies in the economy.

Ben has extensive experience in the fields of risk management, compliance and credit.
Ben has in-depth knowledge of the challenges and credit needs of Israeli companies, as well as a vast experience in managing employee teams, in addition to managing risks in his roles as a Senior Risk Manager and Compliance Officer.
Ben is a graduate of Engineering Studies and also holds a Compliance Officer Certificate from the BDO Israel Academy of Finance.
